What to expect from your Newborn Session?
Newborn photography sessions require careful planning and preparation to ensure the baby is comfortable and safe throughout the shoot. A successful session typically involves a warm, quiet environment and our patient photographer who is skilled at posing and soothing newborns.
Before the session, we will discuss the parents’ preferences and expectations, as well as any specific poses or props they would like to incorporate. We will provide guidance on what to wear and how to prepare the baby for the shoot.
During the session, we will work with the baby’s natural movements and reflexes to create beautiful, timeless images. This may involve wrapping the baby in swaddling clothes or placing them in baskets or other props. We will also take care to ensure the baby’s comfort and safety, checking the temperature, lighting, and positioning of the baby throughout the shoot.
After the session, we will carefully select and edit the best images, often using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom. We also offer prints, albums, or other products to help the parents preserve and display the memories of their new arrival.
